1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EduCam AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the content you generate and ensure it complies with local educational standards of Cameroon. You may not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Payments for 'Pro' plans are processed securely via local payment providers. All sales are final, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

4. Limitation of Liability

EduCam AI is provided 'as is'. We strive for accuracy in our AI generations, but we are not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the content produced by the AI.

5. Teacher Integrity & Exam Security

The Exam Generator is strictly reserved for professional teachers aged 18 and above. Access requires a one-time Teacher Declaration and is subject to account-age and usage verification.

Student access to the Exam Generator is strictly prohibited. Any attempt by students to bypass security layers or any teacher found sharing access with students will result in a permanent account ban.

All generated exams are automatically watermarked and subject to community misuse reporting. We reserve the right to resolve reports and terminate accounts for educational misconduct.
